尊敬的客户：

    接香港DHL通知，卡塔尔海关实行新的清关规定，所有超过100公斤货物，不接受以快件清关，并转入正式清关。正式清关至少延误48-72小时或以上，同时随货必须提供正本原产地证及正本发票清关（不接受形式发票），发票必须有商会盖章，如随货欠缺相关资料，货物将被退回寄运地，产生一切费用由发货人支付。

Qatar Customs Clearance Changes in Regulations

Please be advised that Qatar Customs Authorities have now implemented new customs regulations that with immediate effect require that all shipments exceeding 100 kgs (Gross Weight) are now to be formally cleared through the main Cargo section of Doha Airport.

As a result of these new regulations an impact to transit time can be expected resulting in a 48-72 working hours delay.

New regulations for shipments exceeding 100kg now require the following documentation to ensure clearance:

Certificate Of Origin (COO) 
Original invoice (DHL Proforma Invoice will not be accepted) stamped by the exporters local chamber of commerce 
To avoid the impact of shipments being returned to origin, please ensure the above documentation is issued to the courier/ DHL Express at the time of shipment collection.
 
If shipments are moved without these documents DHL Express Qatar will not be able to clear the shipments and will have to RTO or destroy depending on the customs decision
